- Esta edición incorpora una actualización de contenidos y algunas sugerencias de los usuarios, especialmente instructores de simulación. Se han fusionado, por simplificar, los capÃtulos sobre fuego en paciente y en vÃa aérea en uno solo. Asimismo, se han unido la hipotensión y el shock como partes de un mismo espectro de causas y tratamiento.
- En cuanto al orden de los capÃtulos, se ha querido volver a los bloques de afectación a diferentes sistemas como en la 1.ª edición. Además, se han dejado las crisis generales que llevan a un diagnóstico diferencial, empezando por las de reanimación cardiopulmonar, seguidas de prevención y poscrisis en la primera parte del manual. Las crisis especÃficas quedan juntas en la segunda parte.
- La actualización de contenidos y bibliografÃa ha incluido en algunos casos, como en el manejo de la vÃa aérea difÃcil imprevista, cambios significativos.
- Al igual que en la segunda edición, se hace hincapié en la necesidad de hacer pausas breves al comienzo y durante las crisis para reevaluar la situación y redirigir la acción de rescate. Este concepto, que M. Rall popularizó como «10 segundos cada 10 minutos», ha demostrado mejorar los resultados en simulaciones de la aviación. Los autores han diseñado la «Herramienta ParE» con este fin.
Este manual, promovido por el Sistema Español de Notificación en Seguridad en Anestesia y Reanimación (SENSAR), tiene como objetivo servir de “ayuda cognitiva” a los profesionales que se enfrentan a situaciones de crisis tanto en el quirófano como vinculados a pacientes crÃticos. Este proyecto está enmarcado en la lÃnea estratégica de SENSAR de potenciar todos los aspectos relacionados con un mejor manejo de situaciones de crisis. El contenido del libro está en consonancia con los Planes Estratégicos de Seguridad del Paciente, tanto nacionales como de las comunidades autónomas, en los que se defiende la potenciación de herramientas para un mejor desempeño del profesional, y en concreto para la divulgación de ayudas cognitivas para situaciones de crisis. El objetivo: que se alcance un alto porcentaje de quirófanos con un ejemplar colgando del respirador. Ideado para que esté presente en todos los quirófanos y espacios de atención al paciente agudo como una ayuda cognitiva que ayude en la resolución de crisis durante la anestesia o en el tratamiento del paciente crÃtico, el Manual de Crisis en anestesia y pacientes crÃticos SENSAR incorpora las últimas recomendaciones en situaciones de parada cardiorrespiratoria, en crisis generales y especÃficas de quirófano y el entorno del paciente crÃtico y listados de verificación para la prevención y el manejo de la postcrisis en capÃtulos de fácil acceso mediante un sistema de pestañas de colores. Cada capÃtulo se centra en una crisis y las acciones a realizar en la crisis, quedan resaltadas en un recuadro visible en el que se prioriza el orden recomendado para dar cada uno de los pasos a realizar.

Return & Refund Policy
Cancel/Modify:
- If you have to cancel/modify the order you can do it within 24 hours of placing the order.

Replace Products
If the item is not as described. This includes wrong color, design, wrong size, wrong style, or poor quality. (Please make sure to have a look at our sizing charts on product pages). Please provide proof that the item received is not as described and our team will resend replacement for you at no additional cost.
Returns:
- Return period: within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product is in poor condition (damage, incorrect object, or poor printing quality), or if the packaging has been tampered with or the product has been damaged during delivery. This item is eligible for a full refund or replacement
- We do not accept returns for personalized products which are customized by you!
