Primary: Undergraduate and graduate college students in leadership courses or workshops led by faculty who teach leadership classes, student affairs professionals, resident advisors, or as part of first-year experience programs, campus activities, or orientation programs Secondary:  Students who are members of co-curricular programs such as student government, fraternities and sororities, and other non-academic clubs; students in youth organizations such as career and technical student organizations (CTSOs), National Honor’s Society, Scouts, etc. Tertiary: Academic advisors, deans, high school counselors who will assign the inventory to their students as recommended reading.
