Cet ouvrage traite les items du module Anatomie du petit bassin inscrits au nouveau programme de la première PACES. Il apporte les bases indispensables à la compréhension de l’anatomie du petit bassin chez l’homme et la femme. L’intégration de schémas anatomiques simples et reproductibles est une étape fondamentale dans ce processus d’apprentissage. Par la suite, ces schémas permettront de comprendre la sémiologie et d’interpréter les images radiologiques.
Le premier chapitre est consacré à l’anatomie du bassin osseux et à ses articulations. Il introduit les notions fondamentales du bassin obstétrical. L’étudiant peux constater que les os décrits, bien que complexes dans leur forme, peuvent être dessinés sous tous les angles à l’aide de repères géométriques simples. Le dessin correct des os du bassin permettra ensuite d’y placer harmonieusement les muscles du plancher pelvien et les organes pelviens. Connaître une région anatomique implique d’être capable de la restituer de mémoire par un dessin. L’étudiant pourra ainsi s’entraîner à reproduire les dessins des organes génito-urinaires et digestifs présentés dans le reste de l’ouvrage. Sont ainsi successivement traités : le diaphragme pelvien et le périnée, les organes urinaires, génitaux et le rectum. Les trois derniers chapitres sont consacrés à la description des espaces du pelvis, à l’anatomie fonctionnelle du plancher pelvien, et enfin aux principaux nerfs et vaisseaux pelvipérinéaux.
Les dessins présentés résument l’ensemble du texte et peuvent être facilement reproduits notamment à partir de la construction des structures osseuses décrites dans le premier chapitre. Certains dessins sont illustrés par des photographies prises lors d’examen clinique, d’intervention chirurgicale ou des images radiologiques.
En fin d’ouvrage, une centaine de QCM couvre l’ensemble des thèmes abordés avec leurs réponses afin de permettre à l’étudiant de s’entraîner et de s’auto-évaluer en vue du concours.

Return & Refund Policy
Cancel/Modify:
- If you have to cancel/modify the order you can do it within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Please email us at [email protected] to modify/cancel the order.
- If you cancel the order, you will be charged a fee (2.9%+0.3$) of the order value. This is a payment gateway fee, we do not keep this fee
Replace Products
If the item is not as described. This includes wrong color, design, wrong size, wrong style, or poor quality. (Please make sure to have a look at our sizing charts on product pages). Please provide proof that the item received is not as described and our team will resend replacement for you at no additional cost.
Returns:
- Return period: within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product is in poor condition (damage, incorrect object, or poor printing quality), or if the packaging has been tampered with or the product has been damaged during delivery. This item is eligible for a full refund or replacement
- We do not accept returns for personalized products which are customized by you!
